Pebbly Path is a small batch chocolate confectionary business located in the heart of Mudgee, NSW.  Pebbly Path make extraordinary rocky road, with no boring bits.  It's the signature blend of delicious coverture chocolate that makes Pebbly Path rocky road decadent and full of flavour, without being bitter or sickly sweet. 

 

Specialising in unique and exciting rocky road flavours, the decadent chocolate is studded with local produce such as hazelnuts from FourJay Farms in neighbouring Oberon, Almonds from Outback Almonds on the Darling River, and I make my own honeycomb using local Mudgee honey, not just sugar like most other honeycomb you'll find in shops.

Hi! I’m a mum of 2, an emergency nurse (by trade) but fun-enthusiast (by nature). I get so bored with all the mundane aspects of “adulting”, so I started creating delicious flavour bombs in my kitchen and Pebbly Path rocky road was born!

 

As soon as I started Pebbly Path Mudgee rocky road in 2021, I realised how much fun I could have creating unique chocolate bars for people to indulge in. I also have a LOT of fun setting up my stall at the Mudgee Farmers Markets, which you’ll find adorned with masses of colour and balloons - did somebody say #dopaminedressing?!?!

 

I treasure the freedom for creativity that I get from designing new products and recipes, but most of all, I really love transporting people to their happy place when they eat Pebbly Path rocky road! *queue the eyes closed, drooling face that says omggggg yummm* and that’s what you'll get every time you bite into one of these amazing rocky road blocks.
